3W Power Holdings makes new appointments as it lists in Frankfurt
3W Power Holdings, the holding company of solar equipment manufacturer AEG Power Solutions, has started trading its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.http://www.newenergyworldnetwork.com/renewable-energy-news/by-technology/solar/3w-power-holdings-makes-new-appointments-as-it-lists-in-frankfurt.html3W Power Holdings, the holding company of solar equipment manufacturer AEG Power Solutions, has started trading its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.Simultaneously, the company has appointed a new chief financial officer (CFO), chief technology officer (CTO) and chief strategy officer (CSO) after successfully issuing a €100m bond to fund strategic repositioning.AEG has developed a range of products for the solar energy industry – including solar inverters and turnkey solar solutions – and the listing forms part of its Agenda 2012 programme.AEG has appointed Gerald Henschel as CFO of the group and will take up the position on 1 March, at which time he will then be appointed as an executive director of both 3W Power and AEG Power Solutions.Dr Horst Kayser, chief executive officer of AEG and executive member of the company’s board of directors, said Henschel has a strong track record in both industry and finance.‘He combines broad capital markets expertise with in-depth controlling know-how, which will help to focus even more on financial performance and to position the company successfully in the financial markets, now that our shares are listed on the Prime Standard in Frankfurt,’ Kayser said.AEG has also appointed Gladwyn de Vidts and Dr. Peter Wallmeier to the positions of CSO and CTO of the group, respectively.

Sanatatea publica in Romania - economii de 1,350 de miliarde de euro prin scaderea emisiilor
Sanatatea publica din Romania si-ar putea reduce suplimentar cheltuielile cu pana la 1,358 miliarde euro pana in 2020, daca Uniunea Europeana si-ar creste tinta de reducere a emisiilor de la 20 la 30%, conform unui raport lansat de organizatiile Health and Environment Alliance si Health Care Without Harm Europe. Cifrele pentru Romania au fost lansate in “Ziua Sanatatii” de la Cancun, cu ocazia summit-ului climatic COP 16, se arata intr-un comunicat al Retelei de Actiune pentru Clima Romania (RAC-RO).

Primim semne incurajatoare de la investitorii straini, care nu ezita sa vina cu bani in Moldova, chiar si in vremuri de instabilitate politica. Compania chineza Shangdong AUHUA a anuntat, astazi, ca vrea sa ridice la Orhei o fabrica de producere a energiei solare, care va fi construita pe 20 de hectare de teren. Investitia este pe masura - 60 de milioane de dolari.

Yingli secures SAG solar module supply deal

В Молдове создано Агентство по энергетической эффективности
Правительство на сегодняшнем заседании приняло решение о создании Агентства по энергетической эффективности путем реорганизации ныне не действующего Национального агентства по энергосбережению.Вице-премьер, министр экономики Валериу Лазэр отметил, что это позволит создать институциональные возможности для продвижения и мониторинга, от лица государства, энергетической эффективности и возобновляемых источников энергии в контексте выполнения положений Энергетической стратегии Республики Молдова до 2020 года.Так, до 2012 года Агентству предстоит выработать вторичное законодательство в области энергоэффективности, а также программу обучения и подготовки менеджеров энергетического сектора для районных советов. В агентстве будут работать 12 человек.Работа агентства будет финансироваться государством, в национальном бюджете на эти цели в нынешнем году предусмотрено 800 тыс. леев.МОЛДПРЕС
